My name is Laura, I’m a Beirut-based artist and designer, and I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember.

I began drawing and painting at the age of 10, spending my Friday afternoons immersed in lessons that shaped my eye and discipline through to adulthood. I later moved to London to study Interior Design at Chelsea College of Arts, while exploring graphic design, photography, and other visual mediums on the side.

Today, with over a decade of experience, my work sits at the intersection of painting, illustration, and design—balancing a fine artist’s sensitivity with a designer’s precision. I’ve worked across a wide range of mediums, from watercolor and ink to textiles and digital formats, always guided by a tactile and intuitive approach.

For four years, I was part of de Gournay – a major surface design firm – designing bespoke wallpapers, fabrics, and surface patterns for interiors around the world. Alongside this, I collaborated on brand identities, packaging, and art direction for a variety of projects.

Today, I’ve chosen to move in a more personal direction, focusing on creating work that feels meaningful, both to me and to those who connect with it. I create custom pieces designed to hold emotion and tell a story, with the intention of making something truly personal for each client.

This desire to create more intimate, lasting connections also led me to design my own stationery, objects that can be kept, gifted, and felt, carrying sentiment beyond the moment.

My work is deeply influenced by the world around me: by landscapes, shifting light, organic forms, and subtle color harmonies. I’m drawn to details that feel alive and grounded, and I approach each project with a sensitivity to atmosphere, storytelling, and materiality.

At its core, what I create is about capturing a feeling – something thoughtful, timeless, and quietly expressive.
